Activity Stream Launches Price Plan for Festivals and Seasonal Event Holders
As the leading company in offering subscription-based data services to venues, theaters and sports clubs, enabling organizations to get value from their data, Activity Stream now extends their offerings with a “seasonal” solution tier.
“We have established ourselves with the attractive off-the-shelf model that has enabled many clients to take advantage of the most advanced tools in order to increase revenue and improve customer understanding and experience, without needing to put down a big investment or tie up key resources in time consuming IT-projects. However, we felt that the monthly subscription model was a bit out of sync with festivals or other very seasonal organizations”, says Martin Gammeltoft, VP of Commercial Operations in Activity Stream.
The new price plan allows clients to sign up and only pay for 8 of 12 months of the year. Clients will still have all the features and benefits from the full subscription including full customer history and continuous tracking of website traffic. But the solution will be put in ‘hibernation mode’ for 3-6 months of the year.
“Our partnerships with major ticketing networks like Ticketmaster, AXS, Spektrix and Ticketek give us access to a lot of festivals, and I expect this new offering to make us a much better match for this type of clients, based on the feedback we’ve had from them so far”, expands Martin.
The price tier is available from March 1st, 2019.
