Hello and happy holidays, you wonderful members of the International Ticketing Association! Santa is super busy, getting ready for his big night on Christmas Eve. So, he has authorized me to send well wishes to the INTIX membership this year on behalf of everyone here at the North Pole.
My name is Dr. Stanley Wiseman, therapist to the Man himself, Kris Kringle. Actually, I am the resident therapist to all who live and work here at the Pole. And while it is one of the happiest places on Earth, it’s not immune to the kind of workplace pressures I am sure many of you deal with. But we’re on the right track. Our new DEI policies ensure that no red-nosed reindeer or misfit elves will ever be bullied on or off the job again. Speaking of the elves, cocoa and candy cane addictions among these hard-working toymakers are at an all-time low. And I am so proud of the progress Runner the Reindeer has made ever since “accidentally” running over a sweet, old grandma a few years back when she was walking home from her daughter’s house Christmas Eve.
Raise the gingerbread roof! He will be back on Santa’s sleigh team this year!
But enough about our successes. All of us here at the North Pole are celebrating your many triumphs. What a fantastic job you’ve all done in 2023, selling tickets and filling stadiums, arenas, theatres and other venues worldwide. Santa thanks you, by the way, for allowing him to forward all wish list requests he’s gotten this past year for Taylor Swift and Beyonce tickets! After all, our business is toymaking.
Many stuffed stockings are in your future, INTIX members! Congrats on a great 2023 and to the start of a lot more in 2024.
