INTIX is built on community, shared knowledge, generosity of spirit and a belief that the ticketing profession is strongest when we learn and lead together. This year, in keeping with that commitment and ahead of the 47th Annual INTIX Conference & Exhibition, INTIX is proud to announce the seven new members who will officially join the Board of Directors during the organization’s upcoming annual business meeting.
While new directors have traditionally been introduced during the conference itself, this earlier announcement reflects a deliberate shift. The aim is to uplift new leaders, recognize their contributions and give the community a chance to celebrate them before they arrive on site.
Each of these individuals brings a distinct perspective, deep expertise and a shared passion for advancing the ticketing profession. Together, they represent the diversity of roles, regions, experiences and voices that continue to shape the future of INTIX.

Josh Ziegenbusch
"Our committee’s mission was to identify leaders who not only possess deep operational expertise but also the visionary capacity to navigate an industry currently undergoing a profound digital and technological transformation. This year, we saw a record number of high-caliber applications from across the globe — spanning performing arts, professional sports, festivals and emerging tech providers,” says Josh Ziegenbusch, Chair of the Nominating Committee, Past Chair of the INTIX Board of Directors and Senior Director of Service and Retention at the Athletics. “The ticketing landscape of 2026 and beyond demands that INTIX be more than a professional home; it must be an incubator for industry standards. This new cohort is uniquely equipped to help our association lead the conversation in the future of ticketing.”
Introduced alphabetically by last name, the incoming elected and appointed INTIX board directors are:
Liz Baqir
Associate Director, Ticketing Services
Cal Performances

Liz Baqir
Liz Baqir first discovered ticketing while working in a college box office at the University of Maryland, College Park, but stage management was her intended career path after graduation. When she took a job in the ticket office at Arena Stage, she viewed it as a “foot in the door job” until she could get her Equity card and become a full-time stage manager. A few months later, an unexpected opportunity changed everything. After applying for an assistant manager role “mostly for the interview experience,” she was promoted in the fall of 1989 by then–hiring manager Jena Hoffman. “She somehow knew where I belonged,” Baqir says. The promotion marked a turning point. “I found my tribe,” Baqir adds. She has worked in ticketing ever since.
Baqir has been a member of INTIX since 1999, when she attended her first summer conference in Portland. Since 2001, she has been to all but one of the annual conferences and several summer conferences. Baqir served a previous term on the board from 2008 to 2011. She has also chaired and supported numerous committees, including currently serving on the Awards Committee and participating in the INTIX Mentor Program.
“For decades, INTIX has provided me with the resources, support and ongoing education I need to thrive in our profession. Serving on the Board is an honor and I am excited to do it again, to give back to the organization and community that have given so much to me,” says Baqir.
Ricky Casady

In his current role with Kroenke Sports & Entertainment in Colorado, he oversees ticketing strategy, technology and operations for multiple major venues and teams, including the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Rapids and Colorado Mammoth, as well as Ball Arena, Paramount Theatre and Dick’s Sporting Goods Park. He held earlier roles as Director of Box Office and Ticket Operations at TD Garden in Boston, Regional Director of Ticketing for Live Nation, Advanced Product Specialist with Ticketmaster and Director of Ticketing at the University of Denver.
“Since first joining INTIX in 2010, I have valued the opportunities to connect with peers, contribute to regional committees and participate in national conferences,” he says. “The relationships and insights gained through INTIX have been instrumental in my professional growth, and I am eager to give back by helping guide the future of our association. I believe strongly in collaboration, knowledge-sharing and advancing our industry in the face of rapid change.”
Lauren Dugan
Director of Ticketing
Moody Center

Lauren Dugan
Lauren Dugan began her ticketing career while she was still a student at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, working part-time as a supervisor in the school’s arena ticket office. After graduating in 2007, she stepped into a full-time role as Assistant Box Office Manager for the opening of a new arena at Saint Louis University in Missouri. It was an experience that would launch her career in ticketing and live events.
Today, Dugan serves as Director of Ticketing at Moody Center in Austin, Texas, a venue she helped open in April 2022. She has also served as a department head at arenas across the United States and built broad experience across nonprofits, theaters and professional sports organizations. In 2023, she was honored with the INTIX Outstanding Ticketing Professional Award.
A committed member of the INTIX community for more than a decade, Dugan has been actively involved since 2015. She is also a regular attendee at the INTIX conference.
“I absolutely adore this community and association. For the past 10 years, I have been an active member, serving on the education, mentoring and awards committees, and I’ve had the privilege of mentoring emerging ticketing professionals who are now making their own mark in the industry,” shares Dugan. “I look forward to working collaboratively with fellow leaders to represent and advocate for our members, while helping guide INTIX’s growth and impact. My goal is to ensure that INTIX remains a strong, supportive and innovative resource for ticketing professionals — both today and for generations to come.”
Simone Hogan
Director of Ticket Operations
Dallas Mavericks

Simone Hogan
With more than two decades of experience in ticketing operations and live event management, Simone Hogan has a well-rounded perspective shaped by work across both professional sports and the performing arts. In her current role with the Dallas Mavericks, she leads strategic initiatives to enhance ticketing processes, optimize revenue opportunities, and deliver a seamless fan experience. Previously, Hogan held progressive leadership roles with Broadway Dallas (formerly Dallas Summer Musicals) and Broadway Across America.
An active member of INTIX since 2018, Hogan has demonstrated a strong commitment to the ticketing and live events community through service and leadership. She served on the Texas 2017 conference committee and has chaired the INTIX IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility) Committee for the past two years and also just finished her commitment on the Awards Committee.
“I have long admired the incredible community and resources that INTIX provides for our industry, and I am thrilled to step into this new role as a Board member,” says Hogan. “I look forward to giving back to the organization that has taught me so much and working alongside my fellow Board members to advocate for and empower ticketing professionals everywhere.”
Jacque Holowaty
Vice President, Business Operations and Strategy
Woodland Park Zoo

Jacque Holowaty
In her current role at Woodland Park Zoo, Jacque Holowaty leads enterprise-wide business strategy and operations. She positions the zoo as a must-visit destination for locals and tourists alike and has delivered measurable results — including 11% revenue growth and 14% expense savings — through process optimization and experience-driven innovation. Previously, she was Vice President of Employee and Guest Experience for Climate Pledge Arena and the Seattle Kraken, leading the launch strategy for the NHL’s 32nd expansion team. She also spent 16 years in leadership positions of increasing responsibility with Spectra.
Holowaty has been an active member of INTIX for more than a decade, first attending the conference in Denver in 2015. Since then, she has served on the Awards Committee, spoken or presented at nine of the 11 conferences she has attended and chaired the INTIX Seattle conference in 2023. Her contributions to the industry have also been recognized with several honors, including being named a Pollstar Ticketing Star Award recipient in 2020 and earning a place on IAVM’s 30 Under 30 list in 2015.
“I like to say that ticketing chose me before I chose it — because who really grows up dreaming of barcodes, seat maps and access control? And yet, here I am, years later, deeply in love with this industry and the community that makes it so special,” says Holowaty. “This organization is more than an association — it’s a family. It is where we share knowledge, lift each other up and collectively figure out what’s next. I’m excited to help ensure INTIX continues to be the guiding light and safe space for our community as we innovate, adapt and celebrate the magic of live experiences together.”
Peter Monks
UK Sales Director
AudienceView

Peter Monks
Appointed for a two-year term, Peter Monks brings more than 20 years of experience in ticketing, live entertainment and visitor attractions to INTIX. After stepping away from ticketing for a couple of years to focus on a business he co-founded, a distillery in Stratford-upon-Avon, he returned in 2019 with the development of two visitor attraction sites, then joined AudienceView as UK Sales Director. He has also held roles with organizations including QuayTickets, The Ticket Factory, which he helped to launch and ATG Tickets, where he led commercial strategy. Along the way, he co-founded the UK’s Ticketing Professionals Conference and previously served on the INTIX Board for five years, from 2010 to 2015. In 2012, Monks was honored with the INTIX Outstanding Ticketing Professional Award.
“Service has been central to my career. I’ve taken on board roles, mentored emerging professionals within INTIX, and helped create platforms that support education, innovation and collaboration across our sector,” says Monks.
He continues, “INTIX has shaped my career and given me a global community. I want to give back through strong governance, an international viewpoint and a commitment to developing the next generation of ticketing leaders. I bring board experience, commercial insight and a genuine passion for advancing education and community. Above all, I bring energy and a clear desire to help INTIX grow and thrive.”
Lindsay Radic
Senior Director, Entertainment Ticketing
Caesars Entertainment

Lindsay Radic
Lindsay Radic began her journey in Las Vegas entertainment in the front of house — as an usher for Céline Dion’s “A New Day” residency. She has since built an extraordinary career that has come full circle, growing from an entry-level hourly role into her current position overseeing ticketing for Caesars Entertainment, all in the very same building where she first began at 18. Along the way, she spent five years at Ticketmaster in client support for the Nevada market, where she played a key role in onboarding Caesars Entertainment as an Archtics client. In 2016, she transitioned to work directly for Caesars as the National Event Creation Manager. And as they say, the rest is history.
Her current portfolio spans small, mid-size and large venues across the United States and Canada, as well as world-renowned attractions such as the High Roller Wheel in Las Vegas. In 2024, Caesars sold 4.15 million tickets for a total of US$357 million.
Radic’s first INTIX conference was in New Orleans in 2017. She has steadily deepened her involvement in the years since, drawn by the value of the community and the opportunity to build meaningful connections across the industry. She has also given her time as a panelist at past conferences.
“The power of connection and community has never been more essential. We perform at our best when we feel a sense of belonging, purpose and support,” says Radic. “I am excited to join the INTIX Board of Directors because this community has meant so much to my personal and professional growth, and I want it to continue to thrive in the coming years. During my term, my goal is to strengthen connections among current members, while also prioritizing new membership and conference growth.”
“I am confident that these individuals possess the passion and the ‘Wednesday Wisdom’ required to move INTIX forward,” says Ziegenbusch. “They are not just stewards of our bylaws; they are the architects of our industry’s next chapter.”
As INTIX welcomes new voices to the Board, it also marks the end of the three-year terms for seven dedicated directors whose leadership and service have helped strengthen the organization and its community. INTIX extends its sincere gratitude to Ziegenbusch, along with Hayley Chapman, Ebony Hattix, Stuart Levy, Jo Michel, Aren Murray and Richard Powers, for their meaningful contributions and steadfast commitment.
The transition also brings leadership continuity, with Mitchell Klein elected as Chair-Elect and Monks appointed to fill his Board seat.
Editor’s Note: INTIX membership starts at just US$31.25 per month. Join today and connect instantly with our global community, plus gain access to resources and opportunities designed to enhance professional skills and advance careers within the industry
