U.K. Alt Rock Artist Jonny Lucas Teams Up With Parabolic Records to Connect With Fans in the Metaverse

U.K. alternative rock musician Jonny Lucas has partnered with Parabolic Records to film a 360 live video for a new single "Buried in this Life" from his upcoming EP "Out of the Ordinary." The video will be released on YouTube and other social media platforms that support 360 videos shortly after the single's drop in April. Its virtual release dovetails with the mass adoption of the metaverse by fans. The video concept is a collaboration between Lucas and Parabolic Records co-founder Chris Schmidt, who corralled longtime friend Scott Hansen of Digital Thunderdome to produce and direct the video. The Parabolic Records team will continue fast-tracking the metaverse penetration of Lucas and his music, while real-world fans will be able to see the artist perform live at the 2022 Walk Run Pedal Jamz Festival in Chattanooga, Tennessee, on April 30.
