Live Nation Acquires Remainder of AC Entertainment, Reorganizes U.S. Concerts Division

Live Nation has restructured its U.S. Concerts division, expanded regional offices, and made major promotions since buying up the remainder of AC Entertainment. Current AC Entertainment president Ashley Capps will stay on and continue his critical role in the Bonnaroo music festival. Meanwhile, AC Entertainment vice president Ted Heining will transition to president of Live Nation's Knoxville, Chattanooga and Asheville office in Tennessee. MaryClare Bourjaily has been named president of Portland, U.S. Concerts in Live Nation's newly-opened Portland, Oregon, office. Live Nation also promoted Amanda Moore from senior vice president of marketing to senior vice president of Live Nation Las Vegas. All newly-appointed regional presidents will oversee day-to-day operations of their local market, including booking, marketing, production and ticketing.
