The Wizard of Oz at Sphere, a groundbreaking immersive experience in Las Vegas, will celebrate its one-year grand opening on Aug. 28, 2025. The experience has since been shown over 850 times, generated approximately $450 million in ticket sales and welcomed more than 3.6 million guests who've taken the journey to Oz. Sphere President and COO Jen Koester remarks, "It's been rewarding to see first-time visitors and lifelong fans alike create new memories with The Wizard of Oz at Sphere, and our anniversary celebration is both a thank you to those who have made the experience a success and an invitation for new guests to experience the wonder for themselves.” Between Aug. 10 and Sept. 30, guests attending The Wizard of Oz at Sphere can look forward to exclusive anniversary activations, ranging from special-edition golden apple drops to an anniversary menu with limited-time commemorative popcorn boxes, cups and more.
