This new feature, part of Vendini’s all-in-one event management solution, allows patrons to see a panoramic view from a prospective seat before they make their purchase, helping venues increase patron satisfaction.
“This new feature allows patrons to understand their experience at the event and choose their seats with confidence,” said Pancrazio Auteri, Chief Product Officer, Vendini. “Our sales conversion data shows that giving patrons a real view from the seats boosts ticket revenues and the average order value.”
Venue owners can implement View From a Seat in three simple steps - select one or more seats to be enhanced, upload a photo taken from the seat, and save. In addition, View From a Seat allows venue owners to expand purchase options with pricing based on premium views.
