VegasTickets.com hires Gwenn Robison as Director of Client Experience and Engagement
Las Vegas-based ticket resale leader VegasTickets.com hired Gwenn Robison as its new director of client experience and engagement.
Robison's responsibilities will encompass outreach to front-line hospitality professionals throughout the resort corridor, including casino marketing,VIP services, hotel concierge and bell desk representatives. She also will identify and drive several vertical market initiatives to further elevate the VegasTickets.com brand.
"Gwenn is uniquely qualified to grow and promote our customer-centric initiatives with more than 25 years of hospitality and tourism industry expertise as a concierge combined with her extensive knowledge of the city as a longtime Las Vegas resident," said Roger Jones, owner of VegasTickets.com, the city's premier ticket reseller. Robison previously served as director of concierge development for Machine Guns Vegas where she led customer sales and marketing initiatives that resulted in increased brand and product awareness throughout the hospitality corridor. As a hotel concierge, she assisted thousands of guests for both Harrah’s Entertainment and Mirage Resorts International. She is a Certified Guest Service Professional, receiving that distinction in 2014 from the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute; Forbes Travel Guide-instructed concierge; and honorary member of the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association.
