The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) is introducing a new "Family Section" for the current football season. The new Family Section provides fans with the opportunity to buy one or more adult tickets for $20 each, and receive two free youth tickets (ages 12 and under) for every adult ticket purchased. UTEP Deputy AD and Chief Revenue Officer Michael Levy remarks, "Providing affordable family fun is a key part of UTEP Athletics' 'New Conference. Old Rivals' campaign." Located in section 17, the Family Section positions fans near where the Miners run out onto the field via the "Mine Shaft" during pregame.
