The partnership marks a milestone for True Tickets, which creates innovative digital ticket delivery and gives venues control of every ticket after the sale, establishing its first client in Indiana and expanding its reach across the American heartland.
Through this partnership, IRT will implement True Tickets’ secure, mobile-first ticketing technology, including dynamic QR codes, mobile wallet delivery, passwordless login, and venue-controlled sharing. These tools will provide IRT patrons with a seamless, user-friendly experience while empowering the theatre with greater control over how tickets are distributed and used.
