The University of Southern California Renews Partnership with Paciolan and Enhances the Fan Experience
IRVINE, CA (July 13th, 2021) — The University of Southern California (USC) has renewed its relationship with Paciolan to deliver mobile ticketing, marketing, fundraising, and analytics solutions for university and athletics events. The extended partnership comes with various technology enhancements aimed at elevating the fan experience.

USC will take advantage of Paciolan’s mobile ticketing technology that enables fans to purchase tickets, receive them via SMS text message, or email, save them to their mobile wallet, and enter the event with tap-and-go access. Powered by NFC technology, these contactless tickets make it safe and easy for fans to enter USC's venues. Paciolan’s mobile ticketing solution seamlessly integrates into the USCTrojans.com website and mobile app powered by SIDEARM Sports. The integration provides a single sign-on capability, an enriched ticket purchase process, and integration of several mobile ticket features.

USC will leverage Paciolan’s integrated ticketing and fundraising platform to make it easy for fans to purchase tickets, make donations, become a member, or renew their Trojan Athletic Fund memberships and engage with USC Athletics through a single platform. Paciolan’s Pac Fund solution powers the Trojan Athletic Fund to cultivate relationships with existing donors and acquire new members. The integrated solution provides a frictionless user experience. It allows donors to easily manage their accounts and access ticket inventory, donor status, priority points, and exclusive Trojan Athletic Fund benefits.
Paciolan’s marketing team will continue to provide data-driven digital marketing and marketing automation campaigns to engage Trojan fans and drive ticket sales. These powerful technologies allow USC fans to receive personalized messages and offers based on their affinity, preferences, and purchase history. Paciolan will also continue to offer Salesforce Administration services to strengthen fan relationships and help fuel ticket sales.
