The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and Stagecoach are Southern California’s two largest music festivals, and they are quite different in several ways. The talent and artist lineups are vastly different. However, Coachella's pulsing EDM beats have started to transfer over to Stagecoach in recent years, especially with Diplo among the headline performers. In terms of the actual grounds, the Stagecoach footprint is substantially smaller than Coachella’s. But Stagecoach has VIP seated and standing sections, while both have stages with "first-come, first-to-get-close-to-the-stage" access. Outside of the main festival grounds, Stagecoach permits RV camping. As for food, plant-based options are not as plentiful as at Coachella, while Stagecoach has the much better barbecue game.
