Located on the Champs-Élysées in Paris, the Théâtre du Lido has successfully reinvented itself as a premier destination for iconic musicals since its acquisition by Accor in 2022. Under the presidency and artistic direction of Jean-Luc Choplin, the Théâtre du Lido has attracted a significantly renewed audience through productions of Cabaret, Hello, Dolly!, The Rocky Horror Show, Titanique and, since October, Les Demoiselles de Rochefort. The venue welcomes more than 120,000 visitors each year, and in September a new production of Singin’ in the Rain will be performed there.

This partnership marks a major shift in the Théâtre du Lido’s digital capabilities, replacing its legacy ticketing infrastructure with SECUTIX’s fully integrated, cloud-native platform.

Together, the Théâtre du Lido and SECUTIX have developed a clear roadmap outlining their vision of a scalable, fully connected operational ecosystem that supports the venue’s growth ambitions as the premier destination for English-language musicals in Paris.

This structured approach will enable the Théâtre du Lido to streamline its day-to-day management and operational tools, deepen its knowledge of audiences and their consumption habits, and optimise and diversify the value-added services it offers to its French and international audiences.

An end-to-end solution

This partnership encompasses the full suite of SECUTIX services, covering ticketing in the broad sense (B2C / B2B / ACCOR GROUP) via the S-360 solution, the F&B/Retail add-on module, integrated access control, and SECUTIX Audience Management, its marketing module.
