Sphere Entertainment closed its fiscal year with over $1 billion in revenue bolstered by Dead & Company’s residency and a four-day run by Phish. The company, which operates the eponymous Las Vegas venue but also includes MSG Networks, posted annual revenues of $1.03 billion and fourth-quarter revenues of $273.4 million. Sphere reported a $201 million loss for the year and a net loss of $46.6 million for the quarter — both slightly better than forecast. The Sphere venue is scheduled to host its first live sports event — UFC 306 — next month. Also in September, The Eagles begin a residency.
