We support several major ticketing platforms including Tessitura, Paciolan, AudienceView, Spektrix, Agile Tix and Saffire. Spectrum Ticketing provides 7 day a week service, either to supplement venues in-house phone room or provide full service call center support. All calls are non branded meaning they are answered as the client for a seamless transaction for the patron.

June 9 - Spectrum has signed Boston Symphony to provide inbound sales and customer service for their Tanglewood season and Boston venue using their Tessitura Ticketing system.
June 24, Spectrum has signed the Roundabout Theater Company to provide inbound sales and customer service using their Tessitura Ticketing system.
July 17, Spectrum has signed the Indianapolis Symphony to provide inbound sales and customer service and supscription support using their Tessitura Ticketing system.
July 20, Spectrum has signed the San Diego Symphony to provide inbound sales and customer service and supscription support using their Tessitura Ticketing system.
