The location experienced a 74% boost in customer throughput compared to the previous traditional belly-up concession stand in the same place, while total transactions per game doubled compared to the previous model. The Seahawks and Amazon compiled data from around the venue and promoted various grab-and-go options in the technology store. In terms of continued expansion, "we are advancing from the one large store in the main concourse of stadiums and are starting to work with customers on leveraging the technology more broadly, particularly in the upper levels of stadiums which are historically underserved in terms of speed and technology," explained Jon Jenkins with Amazon's Just Walk Out.
