LAS VEGAS, Nov. 4, 2025 – Rob McSparron has been promoted to vice president of business operations and strategy for RevPro Management Services, the innovative national resource for ticket distribution and customizable partnerships based in Las Vegas that launched in June 2024.
McSparron was RevPro’s manager of sports and entertainment partnerships, where his operational insight and strategic leadership across multiple initiatives have been a cornerstone of the company’s success. Under his direction, RevPro has achieved extraordinary growth – increasing the number of tickets distributed by more than 800 percent, expanding its partnership network fivefold, and driving revenue-sharing returns up by a factor of 10.
“Rob’s promotion is a direct reflection of his commitment, versatility and leadership in building RevPro from the ground up,” said Roger Jones, chief executive officer of RevPro. “He has played a critical role in shaping RevPro’s direction and identity and been instrumental in everything from brand development and marketing materials to testing our proprietary tools, designing training resources, recruiting talent, and serving as a consistent and enthusiastic brand ambassador. We expect continued growth in all areas under his operational leadership, business strategy execution and external partnership management.”
McSparron has almost a decade of strategic experience in the ticketing industry and managing various collegiate and professional team and venue integrations with ticket consolidators. He previously was operations manager of VegasTickets.com, a nationally recognized ticket brokerage and premier ticketing platform offering access to a wide range of events in Las Vegas and around the world.
Prior, McSparron worked at StubHub, the world’s largest ticket marketplace, and oversaw the Integrations and Partner Operations teams, which included managing the day-to-day ticketing operations in tandem with StubHub partners at the NFL, MLB, and more than 75 NCAA schools. Ticket sales from these partnerships accounted for almost half of StubHub’s business. As manager for the Field Operations Team, McSparron also led the operational efficiency at many of StubHub’s largest remote events including: Super Bowl, The Masters, Final Four, U.S. Open Tennis, National Finals Rodeo, ACC Basketball Tournament, NBA All-Star Weekend, College Football Playoffs, PGA Championship, and countless music festivals across the country, including Austin City Limits and EDC Las Vegas.
