Digonex, the industry leader in automated, algorithm-driven dynamic pricing solutions, today announced the appointment of Patrick Walsh as its new chief executive officer.

Walsh expands his current duties as president, chief operating officer, and member of the board of directors at Emmis Corporation. Walsh brings more than three decades of executive leadership to Digonex, having led media operations at Emmis and Mediaco (NASDAQ: MDIA) driving strategic renewal, growth, and in the case of Emmis, a successful divestiture strategy. Walsh also led the IPO at Monument Circle Acquisition Corporation and diversified Emmis’ holdings across digital media, technology, commercial building systems, video game advertising, podcasting, radio, and social impact marketing ventures. Walsh began his tenure at Emmis as chief financial officer, overseeing corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions functions, and earlier in his career held senior roles at Xperi (iBiquity), McKinsey & Company, General Motors, and Deloitte.
