Season ticket holders, fans and donors from these schools will enjoy a customized mobile ticketing experience powered by Paciolan. Fans will have the option to purchase mobile tickets, receive their tickets via text, and use mobile ticketing upon entry at the stadium. This technology helps to unlock rich customer data and offers the safety measure of touchless ticketing entry at the gate. Fans also can manage their accounts directly from their phone and transfer or exchange tickets for events they cannot attend.

The Paciolan platform provides university athletics staff instant access to customer information, including account data, ticketing, parking information, donor level, and transaction history. Armed with this data, these institutions can take advantage of Paciolan’s marketing tools and services to build customized communications based on each fan’s preferences. Schools also can tap into additional digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social, display, and video to engage audiences, acquire new customers, and sell more tickets.
