IRVINE, Calif. — October 7, 2026 — Paciolan, a leading ticketing, fundraising, marketing, and analytics platform for live entertainment, today announced that Alanna Kitaeff has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Head of Product. Kitaeff will lead product management and product design across the Paciolan suite, owning product strategy and the roadmap for the ticketing, fundraising, and marketing capabilities Paciolan's clients use to run their businesses. She reports to Paciolan President Brendan Lynch and is based at the company's Irvine, California headquarters.
Kitaeff brings more than 15 years of product leadership in live entertainment and consumer technology. She spent eight years at Ticketmaster, most recently as a vice president in product, where she led teams across access control, digital ticket and pass service creation and delivery, marketing and engagement products, and live event and offer setup capabilities. Earlier in her career, she led product for the iHeartRadio mobile apps and was a senior product manager on the American Express mobile app. She holds a BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
"Our clients run ticketing, fundraising, and marketing as one relationship with the same person, and very few product leaders have built for that," said Brendan Lynch, President of Paciolan. "Alanna has spent her career building ticketing and consumer products at scale, and she knows how to turn a broad platform into a clear set of choices about what to build. She is the right leader for this next chapter of our product."
Kitaeff owns product strategy and the roadmap across PAC io, Paciolan's operator platform; PAC Live, the fan and patron experience; and PAC io Fundraising. She works with the leaders of Paciolan's business segments to set priorities across college athletics, performing arts, arenas, and professional sports. Her consumer and client-focused expertise, combined with Paciolan’s AI-accelerated approach to product development, will help drive the next generation of innovative solutions for clients and fans.
"What struck me in my early conversations here is how well Paciolan’s clients know the people they serve – by name, by seat, by how many years they’ve renewed. That knowledge should be visible in the products,” said Kitaeff. “My first priority is spending time with the teams who use these tools every day, so the roadmap reflects what they are actually trying to accomplish. I want clients to see where we’re going and recognize their own priorities in it."
