Netflix, the world’s biggest streaming studio, recently put on a star-studded showcase to reveal its slate of films, series, live events, and games for 2025. The annual You're Not Ready for What's Next event was held at Los Angeles' Egyptian Theatre, featuring Chief Content Officer Bela Bajaria sharing Netflix's content for the year ahead. The movie slate was highlighted by Oscar-winning director Guillermo del Toro’s "Frankenstein," a story he has wanted to tell with his unique visual spins all of his life. Bajaria further announced that Netflix's global fan event TUDUM will stream live from L.A. on May 31, and John Mulaney's new weekly late-night show, titled "Everybody's Live with John Mulaney," has received a March 12 premiere date. In terms of scripted series, Netflix is looking forward to the final season of "Stranger Things" and Season 2 of "Squid Game."
