London, 09:00, 28 July 2025 — LW Theatres is proud to announce the launch of LW Tickets, a new ticketing services business built to deliver exceptional experiences for producers, partners and audiences across the live entertainment industry.
LW Tickets will act as a wholly owned subsidiary of LW Theatres, providing best-in-class ticketing services for its six iconic London venues - including the London Palladium and Theatre Royal Drury Lane - while opening up its offer to external partners. The business is launching with a number of partners outside of the LW Theatres portfolio already live.
LW Tickets will offer full-service ticketing and box office solutions - from strategy and set-up through to online checkout, customer service and data analytics - helping clients to grow audiences, optimise operations and enhance the customer journey. The business is partnered with Line-Up, the best-in-class ticketing commerce platform which supports a growing number of high-profile entertainment clients in the UK and US.
To lead this new venture, Martin Crosier has been appointed Managing Director of LW Tickets. Martin brings over 25 years of ticketing industry experience and has spent the past seven years spearheading transformative investment across LW Theatres’ ticketing, box office and data operations.
