Liz Murray Promoted to Director, Professional Services and Joins JCA Leadership Team
April 14, 2023 – JCA, the first and foremost independent consulting firm dedicated solely to the technical and operational needs of nonprofits, is pleased to announce the promotion of Liz Murray, PMP to its leadership team. Murray, who joined JCA in 2017, is being promoted from Senior Consultant to Director, Professional Services effective immediately. As Director of Professional Services, Murray will direct overall strategy, including developing consulting offerings, generating business development opportunities, managing the consulting team, and being a thought leader in the industry.
Murray has worked with numerous nonprofits as a trusted advisor—specializing in projects for Higher Education and Healthcare organizations—on enterprise system implementation, system selection, and business process improvement projects. Representative clients include the University of Arizona Foundation, Texas Children’s Hospital, and Providence College. During her six years at JCA, she has demonstrated strong leadership while guiding clients through new technologies.

Murray has also been instrumental in internal improvements for JCA as an organization. She has been a key member of both the Knowledge Management Taskforce and Performance Management Taskforce, helping identify and implement critical frameworks and tools.
Prior to her time at JCA, Murray was Manager, Knowledge & Systems at Sunnybrook Foundation in Toronto and has held fundraising positions with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, Sarasota Opera, and The Glenn Gould Foundation.
