One of the vendors most looking forward to INTIX 2025 is iTickets, which intends to use the annual exhibition in New York City to reintroduce its brand to the industry. The company actually has a long history, having primarily focused on the faith and family space for its first 25 years. Now, it is looking to expand its reach. Recently acquired by LiveCo, a global leader in concert promotion, iTickets has been investing heavily in its software and rolling out updates regularly. But President Daniel Smallwood assures that his company remains committed to “providing a personal touch, offering attendees at INTIX 2025 a chance for one-on-one interactions to ask questions and learn more.”

Nate Buck
Nate Buck, Vice President of Sales and Business Development, echoes this sentiment. He describes iTickets as a company that has been “hiding in plain sight for years but is now poised for growth. I see INTIX as a springboard to share iTickets' story and showcase the company's direction.”
Headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, iTickets provides event ticketing and advertising solutions for everything from single venues to national tours. Its platform offers a seamless experience for event organizers, connecting them with ticket buyers through user-friendly tools, strategic marketing options and a client-first service approach.
But it is the company’s dedication to customer service that Smallwood and Buck hope will be a key differentiator moving forward. While some competitors may offer limited support, iTickets prides itself on being available for clients even during high-pressure moments.
Reflecting on the company’s journey, Buck says, “I am especially enthusiastic about iTickets’ growth trajectory and the success of its clients,” noting that “client wins directly translate to company success.” He and Smallwood both point out that helping promoters grow their audiences — some from 500 tickets per night to 2,000 — has been especially rewarding.

iTickets’ extensive marketing reach is another strength. With a database of more than 600,000 opt-in subscribers and a website that garners over one million monthly page views, the platform provides significant visibility for its partners. Additionally, iTickets offers event organizers 24/7 access to real-time reports on ticket sales and marketing performance, empowering them to make data-driven decisions.
Flexibility is a hallmark of iTickets’ approach. The company offers tailored pricing options, daily ticket sales payouts, and the ability for clients to share in ticket fee revenue if desired. Buck states that “iTickets combines self-service capabilities with a premium ‘white glove’ service, a feature we plan to highlight at INTIX 2025.”
Buck went on to note the company’s adoption of industry-leading trends, including support for Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and texted tickets. “Mobile ticketing is an entry point to broader mobile marketing initiatives,” he states, “helping clients leverage these tools for greater success.”
At INTIX 2025, iTickets will aim to connect with attendees at Booth 702, where Buck and other team members will share insights and build relationships. To draw visitors and make connections for future partnerships, iTickets plans to host several giveaways, including prizes like AirPod Pros, an Apple Watch, a Garmin Watch and more — prizes that are designed to create excitement, encourage booth traffic and showcase iTickets' commitment to engaging with attendees on a personal level.
Smallwood and Buck are both eager for the experience of INTIX 2025, with Buck anticipating reconnecting with friends and clients from his 23 years at Ticketmaster and Smallwood looking forward to strengthening relationships with vendors, box office managers and promoters. The two leaders agree that this year’s INTIX presents a significant opportunity for iTickets to grow and solidify its presence in the industry.
