Dolly Parton has postponed her first Las Vegas residency in over three decades, citing "health concerns" as the reason for the delay of the planned December shows. New dates have been rescheduled for September 2026. The 79-year-old country music legend did not elaborate on the nature of the medical concerns, though she quipped, "It's not the usual trip to see my plastic surgeon." Parton announced the residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace back in June. The rescheduled dates are now Sept. 17, 19, 20, 23, 25 and 26. Tickets sold for the original concert dates correspond with the new performances, but refunds will be granted if needed.
