Grand Canyon University Selects Paciolan
IRVINE, Calif. (January 15, 2020) — Paciolan, the leading ticketing solution provider for universities, has entered into a relationship with Grand Canyon University. Paciolan now powers ticketing and access management for Grand Canyon University Arena, Ethington Theater and various GCU athletics events.
GCU event attendees now enjoy a customized mobile-centric experience powered by Paciolan. They have the option to purchase mobile tickets, enter venues using their phones, manage their accounts directly from their mobile devices and seamlessly transfer or exchange tickets. Ticketing is seamlessly integrated into the GCU Athletics website which is powered by SIDEARM Sports.

Through Paciolan’s strategic integration with StubHub, StubHub is now the ‘Official Fan-to-Fan Ticket Marketplace’ for GCU. The integration gives GCU customers access the world’s largest marketplace to securely buy and sell verified tickets and provides GCU with valuable transactional data and customer insights.
As a partner, GCU receives Paciolan’s signature service and support. University staff is teamed up with a highly-experienced Client Partner and an Ecommerce Operations Specialist who help with strategic planning, share best practices and consult on the comprehensive use of all Paciolan tools.
