Billie Eilish's "Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour" has partnered with venues across North America to implement sustainable practices, including plant-based menus and waste reduction initiatives. Collaborating with Support + Feed, a nonprofit founded by Eilish's mother Maggie Baird, and GOAL (Green Operations and Advanced Leadership), a program launched by Oak View Group, the tour has achieved notable milestones in environmental sustainability. Three concerts achieved zero-waste status, eight venues reduced single-use plastics, and four offered alternative transportation options. Collectively, these efforts resulted in an average waste diversion rate of 52.4%, equating to approximately 117,000 pounds of waste being reused, recycled or composted.
