Digonex’s pricing intelligence solutions, developed by its team of seven PhD economists, combine human intelligence and insights with advances in AI and machine learning to deliver double-digit revenue gains and improved guest experiences.
Kelly Degenhart will lead the Digonex client implementation and client success operation, including day-to-day client interactions to support price recommendations and reporting. She will also lead efforts to onboard new clients and provide support with data and technology integrations with the nearly twenty ticketing partners used by Digonex’s customers. Degenhart joined Digonex three years ago after leading partnership initiatives at ticketing provider Tessitura Network. Degenhart has deep experience in live entertainment, having worked in performing arts and the recording industry earlier in her career.
Christy Carlson joins Digonex as director, client operations, reporting to Degenhart and leading client onboarding and implementations and overseeing a team of data integration and configuration engineers. Carlson joins Digonex after fourteen years at Tessitura Network, where she led a variety of implementation, application, and client success consulting initiatives. Her deep project management experience will be invaluable in leading interactions with clients across the broad array of client verticals and nearly twenty ticketing platform integrations. Carlson has deep performing arts experience, having led ticketing services at Seattle Repertory Theatre earlier in her career.

Digonex also announced the promotion of Kris Kiger to VP, software development, reporting to Tom Chiarella, chief product and technology officer. Kiger will lead software development, including the use of AI tools, for Digonex’s enterprise and SMB product teams charged with implementing the Digonex roadmap of pricing intelligence innovations. Over the past two decades, Kiger has engaged in and led a variety of software development initiatives, which have advanced Digonex's tech stack and improved user experience.
