Female artists are headlining some of the biggest tours slated for 2023, with Taylor Swift, Madonna, Beyoncé and many more both on the road and planning tours. Madonna is the current record-holder for tour grosses, and has the fifth-highest overall career gross among all artists since 1980 with $1.39 billion, making her, Celine Dion and Beyoncé the only three women artists to pass the billion-dollar threshold. Beyoncé's "Renaissance" tour, announced last month, has 57 North American and European shows booked starting May 10 and extending through the end of September. Meanwhile, Swift's "The Eras" tour will be staged at National Football League stadiums and comprise 52 performances from March 17 to Aug. 9. Swift will likely top $1 billion in career grosses during the first few weeks of the tour. Other female stars poised to draw record grosses both domestically and abroad include P!NK, Shania Twain and Janet Jackson.
